士郎正宗原作、押井守監督による
SFアニメーション映画の金字塔
『GHOST IN THE SHELL / 攻殻機動隊』（1995）と
HATRAのコラボレーションアイテムとなります。
HATRAデザイナー 長見佳祐が
ブランド設立以前より深く影響を受けてきた同作について、
「粒子」を鍵に表現したカプセルコレクション第一弾。
こちらのコレクションは、公開30周年を記念し、
今年1月、虎ノ門・TOKYO NODEで開催された展覧会
『攻殻機動隊展 Ghost and the Shell 』会場にて、
先行販売されたアイテムとなります。
『GHOST IN THE SHELL / 攻殻機動隊』（1995）の
背景原画をジャカードで表現したニットドレス。
「ネットは広大だわ」という
印象的なセリフが残るラストシーン。
無限に広がるネットワークと摩天楼が重なり合う
ランドスケープを色分解し、
緻密な編み組織によって再構成しています。
HATRAのシグネチャーでもある、
6色の原色糸を用いたジャカードニットを採用。
インラインコレクションと共通の
6色のみで図案を描き出すことで、
複雑なビジュアルを実現しながらも、
糸のロスや生産工程への負荷を抑えた、
ブランドの思想を体現するプロダクトです。
厚手のコットン糸を使用しながらも、
着心地は一般的なニットというより
ロングスリーブTシャツに近い軽やかさ。
イージーケアで扱いやすく、
シーズンを問わず長く愛用していただける一着です。
