Explanation of charges other than the product price
Consumption tax, shipping charges, bank transfer charges, and cash on delivery charges are to be borne by the customer. If you purchase more than 11,000 yen including tax, shipping is free of charge within Japan.
Order validity period
Within 3 days from the day after the order confirmation e-mail arrives. For bank transfer customers, if the transfer is not made within 3 days from the day after the order is placed, the order will be cancelled.
Defective products and return period
If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from your order, we will exchange, return, or refund the item within 7 days of receipt. However, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for customer reasons, such as if the product has been used once or if the product is damaged or stained due to the customer's circumstances.
Non-refundable
Outlet items, sale items, advance orders, pre-orders and other items that the Company deems inappropriate for return are non-returnable. Please understand this.
Delivery time
In the case of bank transfer, delivery will be made within 7 days after confirmation of payment. In the case of credit card and cash on delivery, delivery will be made within 7 days after receiving your order. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

Payment is confirmed at the time of order. We use Shopify Payments as our gateway provider.

You can pay with your PayPay balance. Please be sure to check and charge your balance before making a purchase. If your balance is insufficient, you will be required to cancel your order and make another purchase.
After placing an order, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPay payment page. Please note that an error will occur if you close the screen without completing the payment.

Debit/credit cards and electronic money are accepted.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges and cash on delivery fees.
The following cash on delivery fees will be charged according to the price of the product.

Payment deadline
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please do so within 3 days from the time we send you an order completion e-mail.
Delivery and shipping charges
The date and time of delivery can be specified from the morning of the second day after the order date to one week in advance. We do not accept date and time specifications for more than one week in advance.
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination prefecture.
＜Bank transfer and credit card payment＞
Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your bank transfer details.
If you do not receive an e-mail from us in spite of your settings, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
If we are unable to confirm your payment within 3 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, we will cancel your order. In that case, we will not contact you to cancel the order.
＜Cash on delivery＞
Payment is to be made upon receipt of the parcel. If you wish to pay by credit card, please have one of the above cards (VISA, MASTER, JCB, Diners, Saison, APLUS, Orico, Saison, Life) ready when you receive your parcel.
