1 - 4 business days, depending on the destination prefecture. All orders originate from Kashiwa, Chiba.

If your order is placed before 12:00 noon, you can request a delivery window time provided it is within 2-7 days in the future from when the order is placed.
We will not be able to accept orders for delivery more than 7 days in advance.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed as the following day.

International orders are shipped by Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS). Upon arrival in the destination country, your package will be handed over to the local post office for customs clearance and final delivery. However, we are unable to accept orders for perfumes, as they are prohibited items. Any orders received from overseas will be refused.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

You can track your order here using the tracking number found in your shipment confirmation email or on your customer account page.

If you do not receive your shipment confirmation email within 48 business hours, please check your junk mail folder. If you still do not receive it, please contact us directly at info@ithree.jp.

If a customer receives a delivery notification but does not receive the package within the retention period, the local carrier will return the package to the sender. In this case, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of returning the package. After the package arrives in Japan, we will contact the customer. If we are able to contact the customer, we will refund the amount of the order minus the shipping and return charges, regardless of whether or not the order qualifies for free shipping.

For orders placed from outside Japan, Japanese consumption tax (10%) will not be added to the product price. However, we do not guarantee that you will be exempt from customs duties, import fees, or taxes. These possible charges are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be paid by us. If you refuse to pay customs duties or import fees, you may not be exempt from paying customs duties or import taxes.

If you refuse to pay customs duties or import fees and refuse to receive the merchandise, we reserve the right to deduct from the refunded amount both the shipping costs to deliver the merchandise and the shipping costs to return it to you.

This policy applies only to orders from outside Japan.

When shipping outside of Japan, we generally use cardboard envelopes to pack your order. However, for orders containing fragile items, we will use cardboard boxes and additional packing materials to prevent damage in transit due to shipping company mishandling.
