doublet x SUICOKE / LACE FIVE FINGERS (BEIGE)
SUICOKEとDoubletによる新しいコラボレーションは、Vibram Five Fingersをベースに、AIと人間の関 係性に着想を得たユニークなスタイルとなっている。
今回のコラボレーションではVibram Five Fingersをベースに人間性と官能性を体現しようとしている。
人体構造に沿った5本指構造のVibram Five Fingersをレースで包み込むことで、AIが持ち得ない人間性 や官能性を表し、またアクティビティや強度性といったイメージを感じさせるシューズに対して、繊 細なレースを組み合わせることで、AIと人間の対極関係を表現しています。
斬新なデザインのアッパーに、アウトソールには濡れた路面でも乾いた路面でも優れたグリップ力を 発揮するVibram社のMEGAGRIPを採用している。SUICOKEとDoubletの革新的なアイデアと要素が、 Vibramのテクノロジーを通して融合した1足となっている。

ABOUT THE BRAND
2012年に井野将之と村上高士がダブレットを設立。ブランド名の「doublet」はルイス・キャロルの言葉遊び「ダブレット」に由来。まるで言葉遊びのように、ベーシックでスタンダードなアイテムをベースに、唐突なアイデアを混ぜ込んだ『違和感のある日常着』をコンセプトとしている。
